Working with Northeast Radon was a great experience.  He came out one week to give us an estimate, and was able to install about 10 days later. Expediency is important when your radon levels are high.

We feel they went above and beyond.  Not only did he install the system, drilling the hole in the basement floor, adding the piping inside and outside, sealing wherever he went, adding an on/of switch (which we didn’t have with our old system), and explaining how it all works, he also capped the pipe we use to drain our humidifier.  It was likely a direct vent for the radon to pour into our basement in the first place.

Northeast Radon was prompt and efficient.  The whole job was completed in about two and a half hours. He also left us with a radon test kit to retest the levels the next week.

We also had a small problem with our fascia and he had a tall enough ladder to reach it.  We asked him if he would be willing to fix it, and he did it with a smile and no charge.  Amazing.  We wouldn’t hesitate to use Northeast Radon again, but our system should last for years.  Highly recommend.
